How far in advance should I book my party? TOP
We recommend 4-6 weeks in advance. However, there are always a few openings here and there so do not hesitate to contact us as your desired date gets closer!

How many children can fit in the Enchanted Castle? TOP
Our party packages are priced for 8 children but the castle can hold up to 20 children. Please check the different party packages to view the exact amount per extra participant.

Does the 8 Participants include the Birthday Child? TOP
Yes. So, for example, if you wanted to stick to the set price of a party package for 8 participants, your child would get to invite 7 of their closest friends!

What if I have less then 8 kids at my party? TOP
Unfortunately, the price does not change. But, we do have walk-in party packages and event days if you were looking for something to do with a smaller group. Check out the links for those to see the requirements and what is included.

Is there room for adults in the Enchanted Castle? TOP
Yes, we do have a row of comfy benches for parents.  We do recommend you limit the number of extended family members who are not bringing children to your party.  Parents are welcome to leave and walk around the mall.

What should my party guests wear to the dress-up parties? TOP

Do the costumes go home? TOP
No, they are for during the party only.

Do we need to bring extra plates, napkins, cups for adults? TOP
No, we do provide all tableware.

Do you provide Ice? TOP
No, but you may bring a cooler. We do recommend either one that rolls easily or a smaller/lighter one if you will need help bringing it in to the mall.

Do you provide any food or beverages? TOP
No, The Royal Fairytale does not provide any food or beverages.  You bring the Birthday child's favortie foods!

Are there any discounts in the mall if we book a party? TOP

We have worked out a deal at Sbarro's. Please contact us for more information.

Should I give the party Hostess a gratutity? TOP
This is left up to you.  However, the hostesses greatly appreciate it.

What is included in the goody bags? TOP
Typically, a pencil, sticker, bracelet, wand, ring, beaded necklace and a treat.  We do have items for boys as well. Some times these items vary.

Do you have costumes to fit everyone in my party? TOP
Yes, we have a wide varitey of costumes ranging from 12 months - 10/12.  We also have a few boy coustmes as well.

I purchased a Princess Tea Party Voucher, what do I do now? TOP

Can I book an event online? TOP
No, you must call to reserve your spot.  At that time, we collect your information to send an invoice through pay pal.
